Sculptures of marble bleached by time are put on display in the museums.
At the center of public squares there are monuments honoring the unknown fallen soldiers.
And on the streets, homeless people fade in the urban landscape, still in the rush, invisible to us.
I studied sculpture studies at the Fine Arts of Athens and media art studies at the Academy of Media Arts of Cologne. My approach is interdisciplinary and it embraces visual art, video and sound installation, and sculptures. The concept of boundaries is central to my practice, and the choice of the used media is decided during the development of the work itself, in direct correspondence to it. Ranging from the poetic to the politic, I wish each time to make full use of the potential of rupture of the classical perception.
