Initiation, passage and rituality are the themes that lead my work in the early nineties, evolving between the sacralization of the object and the culture of the garbage. Art is always at the service of dogma, artistically, I is in the continuity of the Pop Art movement on the side of Photorealists.
I am a visual artist. I come from the landscape and I like to give to see. I hold the Quattrocento that a painting should be an open window on the world. I appreciate that the work is self-sufficient independently of its situation, much like a buoy placed in the middle of the ocean. By the derision or the juxtaposition of universes, my work feeds on the actuality of the world in which Humanity must surpass itself. I can see from this memoryless evolution of the homo erectus who practiced rituals a million years ago with the names of deities and worships long forgotten.
